and medical professionals who are working on the problem of high quantity and growth of data, rapid scalability, etc. that enabled us to an entirely cloud-based platform for the viprd digital biobank. this choice of using cloud computing was a new approach for world health providers. within the ec project, the team has created the digital biobank platform within the virtual institute, which would foster research and enable data (for example, genome) storage, automated bioinformatics, and querying and linking across health data types, including genomic, clinical, and other relevant data. the biobank supports scalable and secure hosting, the management and processing of data, and the analysis of large amounts of health data—including de-identified health records, genomic data, exposure data, electronic health records, etc. by linking data (such as genomics) and clinical information, optimization, cost containment, and security requirements directed the development of the biobank toward use of the cloud, scalable data storage, full-text search capabilities, and open-source libraries for data visualization the viprd biobank will enable the healthcare provider to more
